NOA is certified by the European Code for Microfinance 

October 17 was a special day for European microfinance. Organized jointly by the Microfinance Center and the European Microfinance Network in Brussels, brought together representatives of microfinance institutions and associations, who seek to continually improve their services. The General Executive Director of NOA, Mrs. Herjola Spahiu participated in this event. During the event, the European Commission certificated NOA as a testament for the European standards that NOA has developed in the Albanian microfinance sector.
